If your contractor has provided you with a detailed estimate using Xactimate and you would like an independent peer review to assure you're making the best decision for your business, Peer Review Group can assist you with the valuable insights and feedback that can help you to expedite your decision making process.

For Building & Property Engineers

Occassionally, Engineers may be asked to review a contractor estimate and do not have the in-house capability to do so. In these cases, Peer Review Group may be able to assist in filling that service gap for you.

For Self Insureds

Inevitably issues may arise that many who are self insured may not be equipped to manage on their own. If your contractor provides you with a detailed Xactimate estimate, Peer Review Group can assist you with the same valuable insights and feedback that we provide to others which can help you validate and expedite your own business decisions.

For Property Insurance Carriers

We understand from experience that insurance carriers typically use building consultants or independent adjusters to either manage or assist with building property claims and estimates. Although we do not offer those services, we know that there are times when in-house adjusters can benefit from a peer review of their own repair estimate or a contractor's estimate to quickly validate that industry standards are being utilized. Additionally, carriers that use other estimating programs such as CoreLogic (Symbility) may not have access to Xactimate in order to complete an in-house review of the contractors estimate. In these cases, a detailed review of an Xactimate estimate can be very helpful in validating key estimate components and expediting agreements between parties.
